3 miles to otago museum. south dunedin district certainly deserves to be visited. we think we recommend to anyone. perfect for weekend.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was in a quiet area, yet still close to local restaurants. It was also central to everything I needed. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, including a comfortable and spacious room. Parking was hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were quite spacious and had all the basic facilities needed. the location was also convenient and close to restaurants and main roads. the staff was nice and welcoming.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. the surfaces were dusty, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and the bedroom carpet had stains.

The location is great, just a short walk to local restaurants and the ocean. the train line is close, so you might hear some noise from trains passing by. the room was clean and tidy, with plenty of heaters to keep warm during colder months. the bathroom was compact but functional, with towels and toiletries provided. There was also a daily paper available. free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV were available.

The laundry facilities are very basic, and access to the washing machine is limited.

Limited laundry facilities with only one washing machine and a need to put in a bit of extra effort on recycling and cleaning duties. Also, the lack of flexibility with check-in times could be inconvenient for those with time constraints.
